- The equipment is designed for operator standing operation;
- After the operator puts the product into the copy vehicle, manually connect the connector, press the start button with both hands at the same time, and the device enters the automatic operation stage;
- After the completion of the test, pull out the plug-in manually, the operator will take out the test product, and complete the material separation according to the test results;
- The equipment is equipped with a material recovery port for FAIL parts, and a regional light screen is installed to ensure that FAIL materials can be completely recovered.

Overview of Testing System
The system uses Advantech's lPC-610 industrial computer asthe main control part, and integrates Agilent, Puyuan, ITECHRohde & Schwarz, Nl and other brand instruments to build aflexible and high-precision test platform.
The system uses standard manual fixtures. With interchangeable fixtures, important instrumentation and control hardwarecan be shared between different USB charging boxes togreatly reduce system cost and lead time. After the basicsystem is established, new fixtures and related testingsoftware can be quickly designed and established.
The software part uses NlLabview+Teststand to write testsoftware, and incorporates all test parameters with configura.tion files, so that customers can update, relax or upgrade testspecifications without changing the software.
The user interface is specially designed for the manufacturingenvironment, so it does not require too much manual operation.Only the test engineer pushes the handle of the fixture to pickand place the product, and the test can be started during thestandard operation period. When the test is completed, the testresult will be displayed and the test data will be recorded as afile, and can be uploaded to the factory's MES system at thesame time.
